About the Course
Understanding data is critical when you are designing, implementing and sustaining quality improvement change efforts. This course provides a framework and tools for defining your measures and gathering and interpreting your data.
When you register for a class you will be prompted to login.
If you do not have a WLA user account, follow the instructions on the login screen to create an account.
You can then register for a class after the account creation process is complete.
